How does the download access work? +

Individual purchases give you lifetime access. Membership downloads expire based on your plan's access window (1 day to 1 year).

Do you charge GST on every purchase? +

Yes — 18% GST is added at checkout and shown separately on your invoice, which is generated automatically.

Which payment methods do you support? +

All Razorpay-supported methods: UPI, all major credit/debit cards, net banking and popular wallets — INR only.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime? +

Yes. Cancellation stops future renewals, but your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer refunds? +

Refer to our Refund Policy. Refunds are processed via Razorpay back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Do you work with international clients? +

Currently we serve customers in India only with INR pricing. International support is on our roadmap.
