1. Delivery Method

All products sold on Growfyx Media are digital goods delivered electronically through your account dashboard at growfyxmedia.com/dashboard/downloads.

No physical products, DVDs, or printed materials are shipped.
No shipping address is required or collected at checkout.
No shipping charges are applied — ever.
Delivery is available 24×7, including public holidays.

3. Delivery Confirmation

After every successful purchase you will receive:

An in-dashboard notification unlocking your product(s) immediately.
A confirmation email within 5 minutes containing your Order Summary, Razorpay Payment ID, GST Invoice (PDF), and a direct link to your dashboard downloads.

4. Download File Formats

PDF — playbooks, SOPs, templates
ZIP — multi-file packs (Canva links, ad creatives, Notion exports)
Notion Template Link — delivered as a shareable Notion URL
Google Slides / Docs Link — delivered as a make-a-copy link
TXT / DOCX — prompt packs, copy templates

5. Membership Download Access Windows

Starter: 1 month from download date
Pro: 3 months from download date
Agency: 12 months from download date

Re-downloading while your subscription is active resets the access window from that new download date.

6. Delayed or Failed Delivery

If your product does not appear in your dashboard within 15 minutes of successful payment:

Hard-refresh your browser (Ctrl+Shift+R) and check the dashboard again.
Check spam/junk folder for the confirmation email.
Email support@growfyxmedia.com with your Razorpay Payment ID. We will resolve within 4 business hours.

If delivery cannot be resolved within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund. See our Refund Policy.

7. Marketing Services Delivery

Done-for-you Marketing Service deliverables are scoped and delivered per milestones defined in your signed Service Agreement. Enquire at info@growfyxmedia.com.
