4. Payment Processing
All transactions are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited (RBI-authorised Payment Aggregator). We receive only a Razorpay-generated Payment ID and order-status confirmation. We never store card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, or net-banking credentials.
Recurring subscription billing is handled by Razorpay Subscriptions under RBI e-mandate guidelines. You will receive a pre-debit notification at least 24 hours before each charge.
5. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with:
- Razorpay Software Pvt Ltd — payment processing, fraud detection, refund management.

3.5 Misuse of Marketing Services

- Use our services to run ads that violate Meta, Google, or any ad platform's terms of service.
4. Enforcement
Violation of this AUP may result in, at our sole discretion: a warning notice; temporary account suspension; permanent account termination without refund; legal action under applicable Indian law; or reporting to law enforcement authorities.
5. Responsible Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly by emailing support@growfyxmedia.com with subject "Security Disclosure". We will acknowledge within 48 hours.
6. Reporting Violations
