Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

"Company", "we", "us"

GROWFYX MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, CIN U73100UP2026PTC247804.

"Platform"

The website growfyxmedia.com and all its sub-pages, APIs, and applications.

"User", "you"

Any individual or business entity that accesses, browses, registers on, or transacts through the Platform.

"Digital Product"

Any downloadable file, template, prompt pack, playbook, Notion system, ad creative, or similar resource sold on the Platform.

"Membership / Subscription"

A recurring paid plan (Starter / Pro / Agency) granting time-limited access to a catalogue of Digital Products.

"Marketing Services"

Done-for-you services including Meta Ads management, lead generation, branding, website design, funnel setup, and marketing automation — delivered under a separate Service Agreement.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Platform you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and have read and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@growfyxmedia.com if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.
• One account per individual or business entity. Multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions are prohibited.

4. Digital Product Licence

Upon successful payment, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Digital Product per the plan you hold:

All users are prohibited from: reselling, redistributing, or uploading our products to any other marketplace; sharing dashboard login or download links; reproducing our products to create competing offerings.

5. Membership Subscriptions

Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Access continues until the end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refunds for unused days.

6. Pricing, Taxes & Invoices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclusive of GST.
• 18% GST is added at checkout as per the Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017.
• A GST-compliant tax invoice is generated automatically and emailed after every successful payment.
• Existing subscribers will be notified 30 days before any price change takes effect on their account.
• GST-registered businesses may add their GSTIN in Account Settings for Input Tax Credit.

7. Marketing Services

Marketing Services (Meta Ads, Lead Generation, Branding, Website Design, Funnel Setup, Automation) are quoted and delivered under a separate, signed Service Agreement. Prices listed on the website are indicative starting prices. Contact info@growfyxmedia.com or call +91 93114 76036 to enquire.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — products, templates, branding, source code, graphics, and trademarks — is the exclusive intellectual property of GROWFYX MEDIA PRIVATE LIMITED and is protected under the Copyright Act 1957 (India) and international law. Your purchase grants a limited licence as described in §4. No ownership rights are transferred.

9. Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract Platform data without written consent.
• Resell, redistribute, or republish our digital products beyond your licence scope.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all Digital Products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or specific business outcomes from using our products.

11. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total amount you paid us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

12. Termination

You may delete your account by contacting support@growfyxmedia.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, engage in fraud, or pose a risk to other users — immediately and without notice where necessary.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Disputes shall first be resolved amicably within 30 days. Unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. Consumer disputes may be raised with the relevant Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
