Refund & Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, we will respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days. We believe in fair dealing.

1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)

General Policy Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-returnable once access or download has been provided. Refunds are not offered as a matter of course.

We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:

2. Membership Subscriptions

Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Access continues until end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund for unused days.

3. Marketing Services

Refund terms for Marketing Services are governed exclusively by the signed Service Agreement. Milestone-based deliverables are non-refundable once delivered and approved. Retainer fees for a given month are non-refundable after the service period begins. Contact info@growfyxmedia.com if you do not have a signed agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email billing@growfyxmedia.com with subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
  2. Include: your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. We will acknowledge within 48 hours.
  4. We may request screenshots or additional information.
  5. Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  6. Your bank/wallet may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.

When a refund is processed, the GST component is also refunded. A credit note will be issued in accordance with GST rules. Your original tax invoice remains valid for your records.
