Our Commitment
If you have a genuine issue with your purchase, we will respond within 48 hours and resolve within 7 business days. We believe in fair dealing.
1. Digital Products (One-Time Purchases)
General Policy
Digital products are delivered electronically and are non-returnable once access or download has been provided. Refunds are not offered as a matter of course.
We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:

2. Membership Subscriptions
Cancellation: Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Access continues until end of the current paid period. No pro-rata refund for unused days.

3. Marketing Services
Refund terms for Marketing Services are governed exclusively by the signed Service Agreement. Milestone-based deliverables are non-refundable once delivered and approved. Retainer fees for a given month are non-refundable after the service period begins. Contact info@growfyxmedia.com if you do not have a signed agreement.
4. How to Request a Refund
Step-by-Step Refund Process
- Email billing@growfyxmedia.com with subject: Refund Request — [Your Order ID]
- Include: your registered email, Razorpay Payment ID, and a brief description of the issue.
- We will acknowledge within 48 hours.
- We may request screenshots or additional information.
- Approved refunds are processed via Razorpay to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Your bank/wallet may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect the amount.
5. Escalation
- Level 1: Email support@growfyxmedia.com — "Refund Escalation". Senior team review within 3 business days.
- Level 2: Contact our Grievance Officer — see Grievance Redressal Policy. Resolution within 30 days.
- Consumer Forum: File a complaint at edaakhil.nic.in under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.
6. GST on Refunds
When a refund is processed, the GST component is also refunded. A credit note will be issued in accordance with GST rules. Your original tax invoice remains valid for your records.
